Towers

Towers is a multiplayer game I created for the Winter Jam hosted by the Game Jam Club at Humber College.

This game merges between classic Tetris and Tower Defense in that two players try to build their own towers while trying to destroy the other player's tower. Once either of the players reaches the top, they pickup their flag and will need to take it to the other player's base.

Everything in this game was created using C# in Unity Engine.

Features

  • Keyboard and controller support.

  • Building towers by choosing a tile out of three randomly generated by the system.

  • Destroying the opponent's tiles and their towers collapse.

  • Stealing the opponent's tiles and making them your own.

  • A tile master system which keeps track of each players' tiles and tower length.

  • Full control of the player character with the ability of walking, running, jumping, wall jumping, and smashing into the ground from a height.
